Positive: the facility is accessed by codes sent to you the entry door, elevator and room all require a code. if you do not receive it 24 hours prior to arrival, send them an email and they respond very quickly. The restaurant/bar is attached to hotel and staff there can help you. We had planned to have dinner here, but they had a private party. They accommodated us for a quick cocktail prior to the event and made suggestions. We stayed in a double room with another couple and it was quiet. Negative: the location was right in the middle of town. you could not do better. all restaurants in walking distance and night time entertainment. Also coffee house and bakeries very close and excellent.

Positive: Location

Positive: We really liked the location in downtown Frankfort. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance, as was our meet up for a ghost tour. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. Negative: We noticed a used towel hanging on the peg behind the restroom door and there was only about a 1/3 roll of toilet paper. We realize that this is more of a maintenance issue than property. Those are the only complaints.

Positive: The suite itself was amazing! perfect for me, my spouse and our cousin! The location was perfect! Beautiful little town and so much to do in walking distance. Cannot wait to return! Planning on booking a leadership off-site retreat here in the near future! Negative: I cannot think of anything that we did not appreciate and enjoy! The only thing I can think of is there were only 2 coffee pods and 3 of us. No sugar or creamer and I am the only one of the 3 of us that drinks coffee black. However, 2 great coffee shops less than a block away made up for it!
