Are you handicap accessible?

The St. Clair has one ADA unit available- Suite 304. If you have questions, please contact our team. 

The Howser Tavern is accessible and there is an elevator on site.

Do you have parking?

We do not have a parking lot. The St. Clair provides complimentary parking for hotel guests in the parking garage directly across the street. Street parking is recommended for Howser Tavern guests.

Does the hotel have laundry?

There is onsite laundry accessible for hotel guests.

What is your cancelation policy?

The St. Clair offers a full refund if canceled seven days prior to your reservation start date. 

If canceled within three days of your arrival, a 50% refund will be given.

Cancelations made within 48 hours of hotel stay are not eligible for a refund. 

Can I book hotel rooms for a group?

We are happy to accommodate large groups as a single booking reservation. Please reach out to our team for a quote.

Can I rent space at 311?

Yes! We love hosting groups. Catering is also available. Contact us for more information.

What fees and taxes are charged?

The St. Clair charges a $79 cleaning fee per reservation. The City of Frankfort charges a transient room tax, fine arts tax and Kentucky sales tax. You will see these fees associated with your stay prior to check out.

Is there a front desk?

No. The St. Clair Hotel provides a contactless check in process. You will receive your personalized building door code and suite door code prior to arrival via email.

When open, The Howser Tavern staff can also assist hotel guests as needed.
