Great Stay!
Positive:
The room was immaculate and cozy. It didnt have the musty smell most hotel rooms have. We felt very safe as we needed a code for the front door and elevator. We didnt hear any of the people around us while in our room. It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed the room, and would absolutely book again.

Elevator in parking garage was not functioning – not a huge deal but would have liked to be notified before I parked in assigned spot on level 3 with all my luggage

The location in Downtown Frankfort was exceptional! After completing the extensive online check-in process (including identity verification) and reviewing the detailed unit access procedures, I had no issues getting parked, finding the hotel, entering the elevator area & unit and getting set up online. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, I was changed and ready to taste bourbon in the bar downstairs (Howser Tavern)!
